Product Overview
Richlam300 Self-Healing Waterproof Sealant is a water-based, ready-to-use, sealing concrete self-healing material. When sprayed on the concrete surface, it forms a dense crystalline waterproof layer and automatically repairs cracks up to 0.2mm on the surface. The treated concrete surface remains film-free, with the waterproof layer integrating with the structure.
Formulated with high-activity crystalline growth factors, catalysts, and special additives, Richlam300 features penetrating crystallization and crack self-healing capabilities. This sealant is ideal for surface sealing waterproofing projects on concrete.

Product Advantages

Richlam300 contains high-activity crystalline growth factors with a unique nano-molecular structure, providing strong penetration capabilities. It penetrates up to 30mm into concrete quickly through water as a carrier.

Research shows that the alkali content inside concrete is approximately 360 times higher than on the surface. Richlam300's deep penetration enables it to react with more alkaline substances, generating additional crystals and enhancing concrete density.

Crystalline deposition at crack sites allows for automatic repair of concrete cracks up to 0.4mm.
Technical Features

When sprayed on the concrete surface, Richlam300 uses penetrating crystallization technology to protect the concrete. Although it works only on the surface, it makes the concrete itself a protective barrier.

The waterproof layer formed after spraying Richlam300 is film-free and becomes part of the structure, preventing debonding and aging. It creates an integrated structural waterproofing effect, known as a "skin-like waterproof layer" that grows on concrete.
Usage Instructions

Richlam300 is a water-based surface waterproof material applied via direct spraying. It is recommended to apply two coats. The first coat should be sprayed after the concrete has set or the formwork has been removed. The second coat should be applied after the curing period has ended. The first coat should be no less than 100g/m², and the second coat no less than 200g/m². Each coat should be kept moist for at least 72 hours.

Before applying Richlam300, ensure the substrate is smooth, free of dust and stains, and remains moist. Use a sprayer, high-pressure airless sprayer, or watering can for application. Apply slowly and evenly, ensuring complete coverage.
