Richlam400 Self-Healing Waterproof Coating is a cementitious crystalline waterproofing material for concrete surfaces. It is mixed with water on-site for easy application. When applied to concrete surfaces, it forms a dense crystalline waterproof layer, enhancing the concrete's waterproof and corrosion resistance capabilities.
Formulated with high-activity crystalline growth factors, catalysts, and special additives, Richlam400 features penetrating crystallization and crack self-healing capabilities. This coating is ideal for surface waterproofing and repair projects on concrete.

Richlam400 contains high-activity crystalline growth factors with a unique nano-molecular structure, providing strong penetration capabilities. It penetrates up to 30mm into concrete quickly through water as a carrier.

Research shows that the alkali content inside concrete is approximately 360 times higher than on the surface. Richlam400's deep penetration enables it to react with more alkaline substances, generating additional crystals and enhancing concrete density.

Usage Instructions

Mix Ratio: Richlam400 is applied at 2.8-3.7lbs./yd². Mix with water on-site at a water-to-material ratio of 0.3:1.

Application: Richlam400 can be applied by brushing, spraying, or scraping. For brushing, apply multiple layers. For spraying, achieve the desired thickness in one go. For high-quality surface requirements, apply by scraping and perform surface smoothing.

Curing: After the Richlam400 coating sets, maintain moisture by spraying a fine water mist. Do not use water pouring, spraying, or ponding methods for curing. The curing time should be at least 72 hours.

Precautions

Control the amount of water used on-site, ensuring complete and even coating coverage. Strengthen curing.

Ensure the application temperature is above 5ºC.

Store Richlam400 in a dry environment with a shelf life of 12 months.
Safety Instructions
This product becomes alkaline when mixed with water or sweat and can be corrosive. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes and avoid inhaling the liquid or vapor. Wear long-sleeved clothing, goggles, and protective gloves during application. Keep out of reach of children.
