Richlam500 Self-Healing Waterproof Dry Sprinkle is a dry-sprinkle self-healing waterproof material primarily used on concrete flatwork. It becomes part of the concrete through troweling and finishing, replacing traditional waterproof membranes and accelerating the construction process.
Formulated with high-activity crystalline growth factors, catalysts, and special additives, Richlam500 penetrates the concrete surface, forming a dense crystalline waterproof layer. This enhances the concrete's waterproofing and anti-corrosion properties.

Usage Instructions

Usage: Richlam500 Self-Healing Waterproof Dry Sprinkle is applied at 2.8-3.7lbs./yd². Evenly sprinkle the powder using a special sieve on-site.

Application: For the underside of flat concrete structures (e.g., basement slabs), sprinkle the powder 1-2 hours before concrete pouring. For the top side (e.g., basement roof slabs), sprinkle and trowel before the concrete initially sets.

Curing: Follow relevant standards for concrete construction. After final set, ensure proper moist curing for at least 14 days.

Safety Instructions
This product becomes alkaline when mixed with water or sweat and can be corrosive. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes and avoid inhaling the liquid or vapor. Wear long-sleeved clothing, goggles, and protective gloves during application. Keep out of reach of children.
